​Norma is a beautifully marked chocolate and white F1b Mini Aussiedoodle with rich, warm coloring, striking contrast, and a naturally expressive face that has a way of capturing hearts from the moment you meet her. 🤎

She earned the name Norma after the spirited and confident grandmother from The Lorax — a name lovingly chosen by my grandson. While she certainly has personality and charm, what shines through most as she matures is her incredibly sweet, people-centered nature.

​

Norma is deeply connected to her humans. She loves a morning hug, melts comfortably into your arms, and happily settles into your lap for snuggles. There is something especially tender about her presence. She doesn't simply enjoy affection — she actively seeks connection. Whether she's following you from room to room, checking in throughout the day, or curling up beside you for quiet companionship, Norma genuinely loves being with her people.

One of her favorite activities is finding a warm patch of sunshine and soaking it all in. Norma absolutely loves to sunbathe and can often be found stretched out contentedly in the sun before returning to see what her family is doing. It's one of the many little personality traits that makes her so endearing.

While she has an athletic and playful side, Norma balances it beautifully with a naturally calm disposition. She transitions easily between playtime and relaxation, showing an emotional steadiness that is impressive for her age. She enjoys exploring, interacting, and learning new things, but she is equally content simply being near the people she loves.

Of course, she still keeps us smiling with her adorable little Aussie "wiggle butt" whenever she's excited or hoping for extra attention. 😊 More than anything, though, Norma has grown into a thoughtful, affectionate little companion who thrives on closeness and human interaction.

Raised right in our home with intentional daily handling, structured socialization, grooming exposure, and early developmental work, Norma has been nurtured with a focus on confidence, adaptability, emotional balance, and strong human bonding. Our goal is always to prepare each puppy not just for a home, but for a smooth and secure transition into becoming a beloved family member.

Embark DNA testing shows Norma is approximately 78% Poodle and 22% Australian Shepherd. Her strong Miniature Poodle influence contributes to her soft, low-shedding coat, intelligence, and athletic build, while still preserving the engaging, loyal, and affectionate qualities so many families love about the Australian Shepherd side of the breed.
